If you engage in transactions on the Platform, you are subject to the policies applicable to those transactions. By using the Platform, you are contracting with Genius Infotech, and these terms and conditions, along with the policies, constitute binding obligations between you and Genius Infotech. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, "You" or "User" refers to any natural or legal person who becomes a user on the Platform by providing Registration Data during the registration process as a Registered User through the computer systems. Genius Infotech allows Users to browse the Platform or make purchases without registering. The terms "We," "Us," "Our" refer to Genius Infotech. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you indicate your agreement to all the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding. Membership Eligibility Transactions on the Platform are only available to individuals capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Individuals deemed "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including undischarged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor, i.e., under the age of 18 years, you may use the Platform or access its content only under the supervision and prior consent/permission of a parent or legal guardian. Minors wishing to transact on the Platform must do so through their legal guardians or parents. Genius Infotech reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse to provide you with access to the Platform if it becomes aware that you are under the age of 18 years and transacting on the Platform. Your Account and Registration Obligations If you use the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that providing untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect such information, gives Genius Infotech the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your membership on the Platform and refuse to provide you with access. Your mobile phone number and/or email address serve as your primary identifier on the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mobile phone number and email address are up-to-date on the Platform at all times. Notify Genius Infotech promptly if your mobile phone number or email address changes by updating it on the Platform through a one-time password verification. Genius Infotech shall not be liable or responsible for the activities or consequences of the use or misuse of any information under your Account, including cases where you failed to update your revised mobile phone number and/or email address on the Platform. If you share or allow others to access your Account, they will be able to view and access your Account information. You are solely liable and responsible for all activities undertaken under your Account and any consequences thereof. You must maintain confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account. Do not share your login details, i.e., username and password, with any other person, as it would constitute a breach of these Terms of Use. You agree to log out from your account at the end of each session and immediately notify Genius Infotech of any unauthorized use. If there is reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of your account, Genius Infotech may request you to change your password or suspend your account without any liability, for such period as deemed appropriate. You will have single login access to all apps owned by Genius Infotech group companies using the same username and password.

Terms & Conditions:

Genius Infotech is a Section 8 company registered under the Companies Act, 2013. The amount received as a donation will be donated to NGOs and similar charitable organizations working in the selected thematic areas. You can visit www.geniusinfotech.org.in to know more about this. The contribution, once made, will not be refunded. No certificate under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, will be issued. By proceeding to donate, you understand and confirm that this donation is not from any foreign source as defined under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. Genius Infotech disclaims any and all liability and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for consequences resulting from any actions or inactions of the NGOs or charitable organizations. By proceeding to donate the money, you consent and expressly waive any and all claims, rights of action, and/or remedies (under law or otherwise) that you may have against any of the Genius Infotech Group entities arising out of or in connection with the aforesaid transaction. The donation is being collected on behalf of Genius Infotech and is disbursed to Genius Infotech. Genius Infotech Pvt Ltd disclaims all liabilities and assumes no responsibility for consequences resulting from actions/inactions of Genius Infotech. Genius Infotech Pvt. Ltd may share your Personal Identifiable Information, which may include your name, phone number, etc., with Genius Infotech.
